Follow these simple steps to securely apply your iron-on embroidered patch.

• Preheat the Fabric: Iron the garment for a few seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture.
• Position the Patch: Place the patch in the desired location with the adhesive side facing down.
• Cover with a Cloth: Use a thin cotton cloth or pressing sheet to protect the patch during ironing.
• Apply Firm Heat: Press with a hot iron for 20–30 seconds using steady, even pressure without moving the iron.
• Allow to Cool: Let the patch cool completely before checking the bond or wearing the garment.

Upload your artwork in a high-resolution format, such as AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG, or JPG, all work well, and you'll get better results for it. Clear files mean accurate colors, sharp details, and production that goes smoothly without any hiccups.

Wash garments with embroidered patches inside out, using cold water and a gentle cycle, which helps preserve the stitching and colors. Skip the harsh bleach and strong detergents. Air drying is your best bet when possible. If you need to iron, keep direct heat off the embroidery and use a protective cloth over the patch
